How can I access OIA Beach or OIA facilities?

Access to the resort and facilities is limited to residents, members and their guests.

 

How much does it cost to rent a unit at OIA Beach?

The annual rent varies depending on the type of the unit, average annual rent is 200,000 SAR.

I would like to book a unit, can I book for a tour?

To maintain privacy of our residents, we cannot arrange tours at the moment. 

 

How can I apply online?

We are fully booked at the moment, but you can apply online here and we will keep you updated about our future projects.

Can I book for a day at the beach or the restaurant?

OIA is a private residential beach resort. Access to the resort and facilities is limited to Residents, Members and their guests.

Can I book OIA Conference Room for an event or meeting?
